Conrad C. Lysiak
Conrad C. Lysiak was born in Chicago, Illinois, in 1947. After completing his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree and his Juris Doctor degree at the University of Tulsa, Mr. Lysiak remained in Oklahoma and practiced law from 1972 to 1985. In 1985, he and his family relocated to Spokane, Washington where he is currently practicing law.
Mr. Lysiak's firm, The Law Office of Conrad C. Lysiak, P.S., specializes in securities and finance law. An experienced securities practitioner, Mr. Lysiak has extensive knowledge and practice representing clients seeking to enter the public securities arena. In addition, he has extensive experience in defending public companies, broker-dealers, and accounting firms in court and before the SEC, FINRA, PCAOB and various state agencies.
